Lynda Manning

Lynda loves to interact with people of all ages.  As leader of the Family Team in New Plymouth she works with Till Henderson's family practitioners, other family practitioners, the family court coordinator, social workers, psychologists, registrars, her clients and the children that are the subject of Family Court proceedings.  Lynda's practice also includes Trusts & Wills and Property Law.

Lynda attended University of Newcastle Upon Tyne 1985 - 1988, graduating with a LL.B (Hons) degree and joined the firm in 1992, becoming the firm's first female partner in 1998.  Prior to joining Till Henderson King Lynda worked as a Staff Solicitor for law firm Daniel Overton & Goulding of Onehunga, for Patent Attorneys A J Park & Son, and for New Plymouth law firm Billings.

Pivotal to Till Henderson's firm culture is Lynda's drive for an stimulating and enjoyable working environment, with naturally a focus on our families.  Lynda's community involvement includes being a member of the Taranaki Family Courts Association and a member of the Family Law Section and member of LEADER.

Lynda has three children with her partner Phil Fleming and reflecting her passion for people, she enjoys catching up with friends and colleagues for lunch or a coffee, partaking in regular retail therapy and spending quality time with her family.
